1:1 Guidance

We offer impartial careers advice to students via 45-minute (minimum) meetings, followed up with an action plan, designed to empower the young person to make confident career choices. Careers guidance can be carried out face-to-face or remotely.

Workshops

As well as 1:1 guidance, we can also offer group sessions where we see students in small groups to provide education and information about post-16 pathways, and to answer questions and dispel myths.

Career Programme Review

We can support you with the review and development of your schools careers programme to ensure it is impactful, progressive, and in line with the expectations of Gatsby Benchmark 1 and incorporates all 8 benchmarks.

CV development & interview help

We can help you to create or develop a CV and covering letter to support your job search. We can also coach you to become confident with job interviews and comfortable with competency and behavioural interview questions.

  • For in-person work, we travel to schools in West Sussex, East Sussex, Surrey, and Kent. For remote work, we cover all of the United Kingdom.
